每逢暑期淡季，紐約佳士得都會舉辦員工作品專拍，一方面讓同事一展所長，另一方面也為慈善略盡綿力。
今年的網上專場合共帶來109件藝術品，出自部門專家、客戶服務、業務支援、後勤佈展等員工之手，估價由US$100 - 4,000不等，將於本月19日截止競投。此場拍賣的買家佣金收入，將撥捐非牟利組織Publicolor，以藝術和設計協助年青人面對困境，提升就學及就業能力。
