Pékin Fine Arts is a Beijing and Hong Kong-based contemporary art gallery representing international artists, focusing primarily on artists from China, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Established by 20-year China resident Meg Maggio in 2005, the three main exhibit spaces are housed in No.241 Cao Changdi Village, over 600 square meters designed by Beijing-based artist/architect Ai Weiwei. In addition to hosting a wide range of gallery exhibits in the Beijing gallery, Pékin Fine Arts plays an important role in promoting Asian artists internationally. Artists represented by Pékin Fine Arts have exhibited and/or had works collected by Mori Art Museum, Tokyo; Victoria and Albert Museum, London; Saatchi Gallery, London; MOMA, NYC; UCLA Hammer Museum, LA; LACMA, LA; Seattle Art Museum; San Francisco MOMA; De Young Museum; Philadelphia Museum of Art; Henry Art Gallery (University of Washington); Boston Museum of Fine Arts; The Museum of Fine Arts; Houston; the International Center of Photography, NYC; JP Morgan Chase Art Collection; Norton Museum of Art; JGS Foundation; Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation; Williams College Art Museum; Venice Biennale; Arles International Festival Of Photography; UBS Art Collection, Switzerland; Hong Kong Heritage Museum; HSBC Art Collection; Chicago Museum of Contemporary Art; and Lyon Biennale, France. In 2012, Pékin Fine Arts opened its Hong Kong gallery branch in Aberdeen’s Wong Chuk Hang district.
